Donald A. Pierce, unmerited Assault on an 82-year-old Portland man who was the objective of an unwarranted assault at a bus station close to Portland State University on June 25, has died, as per police on Tuesday.
The victim, 82, died in the medical clinic on Thursday night and was controlled by manslaughter by soft injury after an examination by the Medical Examiner’s Office.
Donald died of gruff power wounds on July 7, fourteen days after he and 88-year-old Edward Lichtenstein were battered close to Southwest fifth Avenue and Hall Street. Read More...
